Who Am I? The Basic Goodness of Being Human is the first course in the Basic Goodness series. This course introduces the Shambhala principle of Basic Goodness. We will be working at the level of our personal experience of waking up and relaxing with our nature and our tender hearts.  In fact, the orientation is basic goodness itself; that is, it is not only the goal of the view, but the very path we take.
Senior teacher Adam Lobel will guide our inquiry into the question “Who am I?” with an attitude of basic goodness, care, curiosity and wonder.  Facilitator Jan Snyder will utilize recorded talks, discussions, dialogue, contemplations and exercises that invite us into a genuine process of reflection and questioning and provide a unique orientation to the process of contemplative inquiry.
Pricing:  Member Price: $170; Non-member: $185.
There is a cost savings if you pre-register online 3 weeks in advance.  Early Bird: $150 members/$165 non-members (Must register and pay online by April 5th)
This class will be conducted on Zoom.  The zoom room link will be mailed to registrants on April 25th, the day before the course begins.
