Sadhana of Mahamudra ONLINE
December 26 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm America/Chicago

Sadhana of Mahamudra monthly practice
Sadhana, literally “a means of accomplishment,” is a spiritual practice that allows us to experience ourselves and the world beyond the narrow confines of ego’s cocoon. The Sadhana of Mahamudra: Which Quells the Mighty Warring of the Three Lords of Materialism and Brings Realization of the Ocean of Siddhas of the Practice Lineage was written by Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche. This practice is offered monthly by the Shambhala Center, at the time of the full moon, for all who wish to participate. Since the COVID19 pandemic, we are practicing online. Register to receive the zoom link. The Sadhana consists of brief silent meditation, chanting, and mantra recitation. An introduction to the Sadhana will be given.
