Public Sitting (Online)

All are welcome for this weekly daytime Public Sitting, an opportunity to take a short break from our busy days to practice meditation and connect with a community of meditators.
The program will consist of 30 minutes of sitting, followed by 15 minutes for group discussion and connection.
Open to meditators of all experience levels, this event offers us a chance to take time to relax with ourselves and refresh our sense of well-being, goodness, and sanity.
New to meditation? The Learn to Meditate sessions offered every Tuesday evening and on the 1st Sunday morning of the month can serve as an excellent introduction to sitting meditation.
