In Shambhala Training III, we work in a deliberate way, making an effort to bring the mindfulness and awareness cultivated in our meditation practice into all aspects of daily life.

The Social Justice and Antiracism Book Group invites you to join us for our next two discussions on Sunday, February 5th, and on Sunday March 5th from 3 - 4:30. The book for this month - An Indigenous People’s History of the US by Roxanne Dunbar-Ortiz.
