In the Healing Circle we explore how our obstacles in life can be powerful opportunities
for being truly awake. Ordinarily, when we deny the presence of pain, we suffer. Being
present with our own physical or psychological life circumstances can provide a path to
unconditional healing.
Jeff Rubin founded the first Healing Circle in New York long ago while suffering with
Lyme disease. He was inspired to use his own training as a Buddhist practitioner to
help others discover that “unconditional” healing is possible. Jeff’s weekend talks in LA
in 2011 inspired us to begin our own Healing Circle, which has been meeting ever since.
So many people have benefitted from participating in our regular meetings the first
Saturday of each month.
There will be group discussion, as well as opportunities to explore the
teachings presented. Meditation Instruction and a brief period of meditation
will be part of each group meeting. All sharing is confidential within the
group. Feel free to drop in when you’re inspired and discover how exploring
unconditional healing may guide your own path of awakening into a deep
sense of health and well-being.
