We continue with the book, Living Beautifully with Uncertainty and Change, with the selected pages projected and read aloud. The reading will be interspersed with interactive reflection and discussion.
Sessions will open with a short period of meditation. All are warmly welcome, drop-ins too!
It’s free to participate but if you are so inspired, donations to support Berkeley Shambhala Center are gratefully accepted.

Please join us at least 5-10 minutes in advance so that you’re set up when the program begins. And, make certain that your mic is muted when you join to avoid background noises which are multiplied with many participants.
