For meditators of all experience levels, this Public Sitting is an opportunity to take a short break from our day to practice meditation in community with fellow meditators.
Daily online sitting meditation 5-6 pm
Led by an experienced instructor, this basic meditation class is for beginners, as well as anyone who would like to refresh their understanding of the technique.
These sessions will cover an introduction to the posture, breathing, and meditation technique. You may try a short meditation session and ask any questions.
