Sadhana of Mahamudra [Hybrid]
Seattle 3107 E Harrison St, Seattle, WAAlthough the Sadhana is a vajrayana practice, it is open to everyone, and no previous experience with the practice is necessary. The practice consists of meditation and chanting the Sadhana of Mahamudra text, and lasts about an hour.
