Although the Sadhana is a vajrayana practice, it is open to everyone, and no previous experience with the practice is necessary. The practice consists of meditation and chanting the Sadhana of Mahamudra text, and lasts about an hour.

Led by an experienced instructor, this basic meditation class is for beginners as well as anyone who would like to refresh their understanding of the technique.
